Interesting. It seems that being Pc is more important than preventing disease or maintaining cultural traditions (I'm not defending female circumcision here, just male).
I don't see anything wrong with having one's child get his pencil sharpened.
(Though I didn't do it to my two adopted sons. They are old enough to decide for themselves. They thought I was nuts when I put it to them.)

Pencil sharpened - I'll have to remember that one, though I doubt it will take much effort.
That must have been an interesting conversation. How old were they when you had that talk?
